BetAtlas Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BetAtlas mobile application and related backend services (collectively, the "Service") operated by 4 BETTOR INSIGHT LLC ("4 Bettor Insight," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- Be at least the legal minimum age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction (typically 21 in the United States, 18 in most other jurisdictions where sports betting is legal).
- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law or sportsbook self-exclusion list.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is legal in your jurisdiction. BetAtlas does not itself place bets, accept wagers, or operate as a sportsbook — it is a personal bet-tracking and analytics tool.
3. Your account
3.1 Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password and any other authentication credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at privacy@4bettorinsight.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.3 Sportsbook credentials
When you connect a sportsbook account, you expressly authorize BetAtlas to use your credentials or session cookies on your behalf to log in, fetch your bet history, and surface it inside the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this authorization and that doing so does not violate any agreement you have with the sportsbook. You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the sportsbook or deleting your account.
3.4 Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from Account Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose us to legal risk. On termination we delete the data described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scrape, aggregate, or resell bet data belonging to another person without their explicit consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application or our backend.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach any security or authentication measures.
- Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights, including the terms of service of any sportsbook you connect.
- Submit content (e.g. in chat or CSV imports) that is fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or designed to exploit any vulnerability in our AI Analytics or other features.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by sending automated traffic.
5. Subscription and billing
5.1 Free and Pro tiers
The Service is offered on a freemium model. The free tier displays advertisements and has feature caps (see in-app comparisons). The Pro tier removes ads and unlocks additional features.
5.2 Payment
Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed by our subscription provider RevenueCat. All billing, payment methods, and refund requests are governed by the applicable platform's terms — we do not receive or store your payment-instrument information.
5.3 Auto-renewal
Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage auto-renewal from your App Store or Play Store account settings.
5.4 Refunds
We do not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google through their support channels. Where required by law (e.g. EU consumer-protection rules), you may have additional rights — we honor those even when the platform does not.
5.5 Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification before any price change takes effect, and the change will only apply to renewals after that notice period.
6. AI Analytics
The AI Analytics chat feature uses a third-party large-language-model provider (currently Anthropic). The responses you receive are generated from your own bet history and are for informational purposes only. They are not financial advice, gambling advice, or a prediction of future outcomes. AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or hallucinated facts — verify anything you rely on.
Do not use AI Analytics to make decisions about how much money to wager. If you believe you are gambling beyond your means, please call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit https://www.ncpgambling.org.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In particular, we do not warrant that:
- Bet history syncs will always be timely, complete, or free of errors. Sportsbook websites change frequently; a scrape may break until we ship an adapter update.
- AI Analytics responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.
- Connections to sportsbooks will always succeed. Bot detection, CAPTCHAs, or account-flagging by the sportsbook are outside our control.
You acknowledge that sports betting carries financial risk and that BetAtlas does not provide any guarantee, prediction, or recommendation about outcomes. Past performance shown in your analytics is not indicative of future results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4 BETTOR INSIGHT LLC (and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents) will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, lost wagers, lost data, or business interruption
- Any amount in excess of the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100)
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4 BETTOR INSIGHT LLC and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claim, demand, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or any applicable law
- Content you submit to the Service (including CSV uploads and chat messages)
- Your representation that you are authorized to grant us access to your sportsbook accounts when you are not
10. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, source code, designs, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by 4 BETTOR INSIGHT LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Sportsbook names and logos shown inside the Service belong to their respective operators. Their appearance in the Service does not imply endorsement of BetAtlas by those operators.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you live in a jurisdiction that guarantees you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, that right is preserved.
If applicable law requires it, you may have the right to bring an individual small-claims action in your local court instead.
12. Class-action waiver
You and 4 BETTOR INSIGHT LLC agree that any dispute will be brought in your or our individual capacity and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action, except where prohibited by law.
13. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
